  • In your account, go to Account settings. Under Password, follow the on screen directions.

  • Contact us at support@onlia.ca and we'll sort you out.

  • You can find our Onlia Connect app in your phone's app store. You can also use your web browser: https://onlia.trumobile.app/login. Both options allow you to view your policy documents and pink slips, request changes, and notify us of a claim!

    Please note that this app is not available for Verassure policy holders.
